Last Updated: July 17, 2026

You may not do any of the following in connection with your use of the artificial intelligence-powered business operations platform sim1.dev and any tools, features and functionality offered on or through sim1.dev (collectively, the "Services"), unless applicable laws or regulations prohibit these restrictions:

  1. Violate any law, regulation, or rights of a third party, or bypass third-party platform restrictions.
  2. Create deceptive, misleading, or harmful content, including deepfakes or impersonations.
  3. Submit, transmit, display, post, generate or store any content that is unlawful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or that incites, organizes, promotes or facilitates violence or criminal activity.
  4. Use the Services, the content or inputs you provide ("Your Outputs"), or any Agentic Action taken at your direction — under permissions, budgets, schedules, credentials, integrations, or settings you enable — in high-risk contexts, or to make or materially influence decisions affecting a person's legal rights, financial circumstances, employment, housing, healthcare, insurance, education, credit, access to essential services, or other similarly significant interests, without qualified and vigilant human oversight, including verification of Your Outputs and Agentic Actions.
  5. Send spam, run abusive automation, perform unauthorized scraping, or use communication features in violation of anti-spam laws (including the EU's ePrivacy rules and equivalent laws elsewhere).
  6. Use advertising features to promote products, services, or content prohibited by the applicable third-party advertising platform's policies.
  7. Use browser automation to circumvent access controls, CAPTCHAs, login protections, or other security measures on third-party websites.
  8. Exceed or attempt to circumvent sim1 or third-party platform rate limits, budget caps, or usage quotas.
  9. Download, modify, copy, distribute, publish, license, or create derivative works from the Services, except as expressly permitted in our Terms of Service.
  10. Duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or decode the Services (including any underlying idea or algorithm), or attempt to do so.
  11. Access or use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, disrupt or impair the Services, or interfere with any other user's access to or use of them.
  12. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt the Services, other users' accounts, or the systems or networks connected to the Services.
  13. Use a robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated process to monitor, extract, copy or collect data from the Services, or engage in an equivalent manual process.
  14. Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material into our systems.
  15. Access or use the Services in any way not expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.

Autonomous Ads & Outreach

sim1 can run ad spend and send emails without your review — that's the point. It also means you're accountable for the campaigns it runs in your name. Keep your company's goals and boundaries clear in your workspace so sim1 stays inside them.

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse and may pause a task, an agent, or your entire account if we believe this policy has been violated, with notice where we reasonably can give it. Severe or repeated violations can result in termination without refund.
